Saturday Night Special

For tonight's Saturday Night Special I present - Toy Soldiers by Martika. This song just really brings me back in time to my 80's youth years - big hair, cigarettes, heavy makeup, lace, huge hair bows, puffy colorful shirts with mini skirts, and cases of Aqua Net. It was just one of those pop songs that seemed to always be playing on the radio, and my girlfriends and I loved it and would sing along whenever it came on. We just adored her voice and style. Nowadays, whenever it comes up on my playlist, I can't help but to smile and think back on good time old memories with good friends. Anyway, enjoy!!
